Restoration 1 of West Denver services our local community for fire, smoke, water and mold remediation activities at residential, commercial and industrial properties. We are growing rapidly in the Front Range area and looking to add additional technicians to our already diverse and fun group of technicians. We are a part of the national Restoration 1 network and take pride in providing these services to help our customers get back to what is important - family life and business activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers about scope of work, review necessary paperwork, and answer customer questions as needed.
• Secure Jobs (Close Leads) and get contracts/work authorization signed by clients as needed.
• Perform structural drying, mold remediation, and fire/smoke remediation (water extraction, demo, structural cleaning, drying, pack-out, and odor control)
• Manage job file documentation & notes to ensure complete and accurate project details (creating sketches, moisture maps, moisture readings equipment logs, and room scope sheets)
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials property.
• Responsible for assigned vehicle and equipment (safe & proper operation, proper maintenance, decontamination, and cleanliness)
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Ensure two-way communications with project manager, office admin, and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
• Ask customer for reviews
• Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
• 2-4 years’ experience in a water mitigation role with a WRT certification required (2+ years preferred).
• ASD, CMRT, FSRT, and CCRT certifications along with MICA experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with reasonable driving records
• Able to be on call. We are a 24/7 emergency service company, so this includes evenings, and weekends on a rotation schedule.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (ex. crawl spaces, attics)
• Must pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving theft or violence
