NAMI Family-to-Family Class in Evergreen

FREE Classes - Do you have a loved one living with depression, anxiety or another mental health condition? The NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) 12-week Family-to-Family education class is designed for families, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions. The class will help you better understand your loved one?s illness, increase your coping skills and empower you to become an advocate for your family member. This free 12-week course has been described by many who?ve completed it as "life changing". A Family-to-Family class will be offered in the Evergreen area starting Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 6:30-9:00 PM. To register, please contact Cheri at 303-518-1289 or cheri@namicolorado.org.
